I Nyoman sweca a 70 years old man but he is still energic as 30 years, He explain to me the secret is he has doing yoga for 15 years.. he is a Yoga teacher from Mas Village near Ubud. He has teached thousands guest fromnumbers hotels like fourseason, ritzcarlton, Kayu Manis, Waka di Ume an so on. He is a heartful teacher and alsways showing his enthusiasm when giving a lesson.
